The Ashcott MK2 Base Vermiculite & Side Spacer Assembly is a genuine Mendip Stoves replacement component designed specifically for the Ashcott MK2 wood-burning stove.
The assembly comprises a high-quality heat-resistant vermiculite front section and 3mm black painted steel side spacers, engineered to support and correctly position the internal firebox components. The assembly locates around the Cast Iron Plain Grate, while the Log Retainer sits directly over the vermiculite section, ensuring the fuel bed is correctly supported during operation.
