The Hergom Cares wood burning oven from Eurostove is a beautiful, dramatic feature for any kitchen.
As well as being highly efficient (80% with an 11kW output), the Cares features a porcelain enamel cast iron front supported by a steel structure with a stainless steel top frame and enviable chrome bar-handles.
Above the oven, a ceramic top plate provides medium heat, but when lifted up gives access to a hotter cast iron hot plate. There is also an optional warming drawer, which sits underneath the oven. Inside, the oven is stainless steel with a removable chrome grid.
The black enamel standard finish or optional brown majolica make this unit a handsome addition to any traditional kitchen but would suit equally well in a contemporary context.
Technically the Cares can be fitted with a rear or top flue exit and has gradual air control and an external air inlet.
A sister model can also be used as a boiler, which will be available this Autumn, with an anticipated output of 16kW.
